Fury the Dragon

I've worked on a few photo manipulation projects now involving giving people animal features and they have mostly followed a pattern. Find a picture of the person and merge peices of animal over the person to be morphed. I started thinking about doing this for a few freinds and the thought came up that one of my freinds made her self a pair of Dragon wings. How does one do a dragon? There's no animal to take photos from. It would requier makeing a dragon.
